About Easipaper

Easipaper is a free collection of 39 tools for the everyday paperwork around Indian salaries, tax, rent and employment: rent receipts for HRA, rent agreements, payslips, offer and experience letters, invoices, and calculators for income tax, HRA, TDS, EPF, gratuity and more. Everything runs in your browser, with no sign-up.

Who it's for

How the tools are built

Each calculator follows the published rules it's named after, and says on its own page what it assumes. Income tax figures use the tax year 2026-27 slabs (unchanged from FY 2025-26), the ₹75,000 standard deduction and the rebate under the new regime, as set out in the Income-tax Act, 2025. HRA exemption follows section 11 (earlier 10(13A)); freelancer tax follows the presumptive schemes in section 58 (earlier 44ADA and 44AD); TDS on professional fees follows section 393 (earlier 194J). Rent agreement guidance reflects the Registration Act, 1908 and the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, and rent receipts apply the PAN and revenue-stamp rules employers check for.

When a rule changes, usually with each Union Budget, the affected tools are updated, and tax tools state the financial year they use.

What Easipaper is not

The calculators give estimates and the documents are templates. They're built to be accurate and to save you time, but they aren't tax, legal or financial advice. For a decision with real money or legal consequences, check the result with a chartered accountant or lawyer. See the terms of use.
