Privacy policy

Easipaper ("we", "this site") is a free suite of tools for Indian salaries, tax, rent and HR paperwork. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

What you type into a tool

The details you enter — names, addresses, salary figures, rent amounts, PAN, Aadhaar and so on — are used only inside your own browser to calculate results or draw the PDF you download. None of it is sent to a server or stored in a database, and we never see it.

Some tools offer "Remember my details on this device". If you tick it, that tool's details are saved in your browser's local storage so they're filled in next time. PAN and Aadhaar numbers are never saved this way. Unticking the box or using "Clear form" deletes what was saved, as does clearing your browser's site data.

Feedback you send

If you use the feedback form, your message, the tool you chose, the email address you give (optional) and, if you leave the box ticked, technical details (page address, browser, screen size and the last error the site recorded) are sent via Web3Forms, an email delivery service, to the site owner's inbox. Nothing you typed into any tool is included. We use feedback only to fix and improve the site and to reply to you.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

Third-party links

This site links to external resources, such as the Income Tax Department. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
